How do I place an order?

Step 1:

Browse through our cake selection and pick the cake size, flavour, filling that you're keen to order. Pick a pick up date on the calendar below the Product description too.

Step 2:

Click 'add to cart'

Step 3:

Go to 'Cart' and fill in your preferred pick up time on your preferred date

Step 4:

proceed with the payment once order is submitted.

Once payment and order is placed through, you should receive a confirmation email or SMS regarding your order, pick up time might change depends on our availability, we will contact you if there's any changes. 

Then, everything is good to go! :)

How long in advance do I have to make an order?

As all available slots are secured on a first come first serve basis, we strongly recommend placing your order at least 14 days in advance to ensure availability; Additional time is required for tier cake, bulk order & flexible design customization. Please understand that we are home based business and orders that can be taken a day will have a limit.

Do you have ready made cake available for same day?

All our cakes are absolutely homemade & basically made from scratch inside and out as our commitment to quality. As a result, placing the order in advance is strongly required. :)

We do not offer ready made flower cakes/ cupcakes. However, we make ready-made fresh cream cakes periodically. Please checkout our IG and FB stories for any latest update :)

Are your cakes halal?

Our cake shop is not halal-certified

Does your cake contain allergens?
We do not have any gluten-free, dairy-free nor eggless cakes in our studio at the moment, or you can send a special request through our contact form on our page to enquire.

Does your cake contain nuts?
All our cakes are produced in the same kitchen that handles wheat, nuts, and dairy.

Which cakes are recommended for diabetics?
Our cakes are crafted with a 30% reduction in sugar content, ensuring they can be enjoyed by individuals with diabetes, provided it aligns with their dietary restrictions.

Can you reduce the sugar for your cakes?
Our cakes are all made with reduced sugar and we are unable to cut down on the sugar level as it will affect the texture and the stability of the cake.

What are the sizes available?
Our cakes come in 6”, 8”, 9”.

What is the weight of your cake?
Our cakes generally don’t go by weight, as different flavours may weigh differently. We recommend cake sizes based on serving size and you may view the serving guide from our product list.

How do I provide feedback?

What is the shelf life of your products?
The shelf life of buttercream cakes is up to 4 days.
The shelf life of fresh cream cakes is up to 2 days.



What is the serving and storage suggestion for your products?

Buttercream cakes: Take it out 30 minutes before cake cutting in order for the buttercream to soften. For the best flavour, it is recommended to consume the cake by the next day. The cake can last outside for up to 2 hours only. Please place it in the chiller as soon as possible.

Fresh cream cakes: For the best flavour, it is recommended to consume the cake by the next day. The cake can last outside for 1 to 2 hours depending on the temperature of the surrounding environment. Please place it in the chiller as soon as possible.

Cookies: The best before date is stated at the back of the packing. For the best flavour, please consume the cookie within 5 days after opening.
